Freddy started an inspiration of my love classic horror movie icons. This piece is my own artwork then transformed into my Chamoru Beauty Hand-Drawn Horror lip balm. 

I love seeing something that began on a simple sheet of paper become an entire little piece of the Hand-Drawn Horror Collection.

Welcome to #05 - Freddy

One... Two... Freddy's coming for you.....

Inspired by one of my FAVORITE episodes of American Horror Story: Hotel, Devil's Night.

Devil's Night brings together the infamous guests of James Patrick March for one sinister Halloween dinner.

Every detail in my hand-drawn artwork represents someone at the table. 

The skull and bones represent James Patrick March, and the countless victims hidden within the walls of his Hotel Cortez. Handcuffs represent Detective John Lowe, the unexpected guest invited into March's macabre tradition.

Around them are symbols of the notorious killers gathered for Devil's Night: Aileen Wuornos, Jeffery Dahmer, John Wayne Gacy, the Zodiac Killer, and Richard Ramirez - the Night Stalker.

The clown, balloons, Zodiac symbol, darkness, blood and death aren't random details - together they recreate the twisted gathering at the heart of Devil's Night.

One night. One table. And some of America's most notorious killers as the guests of horror.

From my Sketchbook to Your Lip Balm

This is one of my favorite collectible drawings! I had so much fun drawing this while watching my favorite TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. 

Inspired by the episode where the college bar serves beer that turns Buffy into a cavewoman, I recreated the hand-painted drawings from her dorm room on college-ruled notebook paper - giving it that nostalgic college-days feel.

The lip balm features a sweet & fruity beer-inspired flavor.

Candyman has always had one of the most haunting visuals in horror, so for this piece I wanted to capture that dark, ominous presence. I drew him from behind, surrounded by fiery orange, red and yellow tones that make his black silhouette and signature hook stand out. 

The rough pencil and colored-pencil texture was intentional, giving the piece the raw, unsettling feeling I wanted for Candyman.
